Curious about competitive kettlebell lifting? Think olympic lifting (Jerk, Snatch and Clean and Jerk) but with kettlebells instead of a barbell. Oh, and instead of a max weight, it’s max reps in either 5 or 10 minutes.

This course is meant to help get comfortable around a competition kettlebell and spend time honing in technique, either to set you up to start training for double bell lifts or your first competition, or just to pick up some new skills to add to your fitness and movement library. Congrats! You have completed Level 1 of Kettlebell Sport and now you are ready to move to double bell lifts! We will be covering double bell technique for Jerk and Long Cycle. But we will also review Snatch to keep fine tuning our movement!
