  • 1:1 Training, virtual or in person (Seattle)

    • 1:1 Training can be what you want it to be! We can focus on traditional strength, building body awareness through breathing and technique or mobility and Functional Range Conditioning. We will build your sessions around your wants and needs.

    • flexible pricing tiers* are: $95 | $125 | $155 (per session). Sessions include:

      • Mobility work and warm-up.

      • Movement focused on personal goals and needs.

      • Suggestions on things to work on between sessions.

  • At Home Programming

    • flexible pricing tiers* are: $25 | $30 | $35 (per week). Programming includes:

      • 2 or 3x/week programming, focused on your specific goals. Programming sent via a Google spreadsheet that includes demonstration video links and notes.

      • Monthly check-ins via email.

  • Kettlebell Sport Coaching and/or Programming, virtual or in person (Seattle)

    • flexible pricing tiers* are: $95 | $125 | $155 (per month). Membership includes:

      • Weekly programming (2 or 3x a week) in 8 to 10 week training cycles. Align with the IKO competition calendar. Can choose to compete virtually or in-person at events, or completing a test set at the end of the cycle. Each cycle also has a recovery week.

      • Access to the team Slack channel.

      • A library of mobility routines.

      • Record your lifts and Coach Liz will review and provide coaching feedback.

      • Includes attendance to in-person lifting sessions. (In-person lifting sessions are paused for the rest of 2024.)
