KB SPORT LIFTING SESSIONS

Need someone to lift with? Join Coach Liz, members of the NTBFit Compeition Team and friends of the team!

Who is this for?

Those who have programming to work on and need someone to lift with, have a coach take a look at/answer questions about form or technique or need a workout for the day (KB Sport Conditioning workouts are provided every session). Previous completion of a Level 1 Kettlebell Sport Workshop preferred.

WINTER 2024 SCHEDULE

Every Other Sundays 11a–12p and Thursdays 7p–8p in Georgetown at 777 Strength & Conditioning 

Parking: Please park on the OUTSIDE of the gate anywhere on Elizabeth St. or on Ellis Ave. Inside the gate is private parking for the gym owner and the tenants above the gym.

*Will have limited KBs available, but just in case, bring your own kettlebells*

EQUIPMENT NEEDED

  • If you prefer to bring your own kettlebell, please do so! Note, there are a limited amount of competition style bells available, please contact me if you need something specific.

  • A water bottle (there is a filtered water dispenser available.)

Optional:

  • Chalk (for your hands and kettlebell)

  • Wrist protection (like wristguards or wrist wraps)

  • Yoga mat

READ BEFORE SIGNING UP!

If this is your first time, please fill out this NTBFit liability waiver IN ADDITION TO to the gym's waiver before lifting. Masks are optional. IF you choose to not wear a mask, please make sure to others at least 6ft of distance if they are wearing theirs. Please be considerate and say home if you feel unwell.

Attendance Notes:

2 people or less = session will be cancelled
3 people = session subject to cancellation
4 or more people = session is ON!

LATE CANCEL/NO SHOW POLICY:
Lifting Sessions: First late cancel (less than 24 hours)/no show is free (one per year). After that, a $15 fee will be charged via Venmo. Please notify Liz via email (liz@ntbfit.com) or text (312-772-3553) as soon as possible in case there are not enough sign ups and the session needs to be canceled. Thank you!
