Good lord. This year felt very similar to last year, where I felt like to world was literally going to implode from stupidity. As much as I make fun of Idiocracy, has it come true? (Not saying that I’m the smartest person in the world, but that there are a significant amount of dummies running around.) Anyways. I made it, crawling to the end of the year surprisingly without one last break down and managed to nap real hard for 2 days straight to get my brain to function enough to reflect on the year. Enjoy.

What’s Working?
Building on this year’s success for the kettlebell team to plan for next year’s goals
Paying more attention to language and it’s negative connotations, making an effort to be a better ally
Building the confidence to have hard conversations
Staying on top of communication with my partner to get in front of problems that might arise
Practicing better sleep routines (no internet in bed, wind down earlier, sleep aides, weighted blanket)
What’s Not Working?
Using up energy on things that prevent progress
Not prioritizing health
Constantly feeling out of time, needing to do everything at once and rushing
Wasting money
Too much TV
How Can I Fix What’s Not Working?
Make space for growth
Make those appointments w/the doctor and dentist
Slow the f*ck down, there’s time (set a schedule, priortize to-dos and schedule them out for the week)
Buy only what is necessary/plan better, treat yo’self only when you really, really want it
Stop binge watching, use time for learning/self improvement
